Our Machine Tools at the 2025 Beijing Fair
At the 19th China International Machine Tool Show (CIMT 2025) in Beijing—one of the world’s most influential machine tool exhibitions—our machine tools took center stage, leading the new trend of precision manufacturing with their innovative matrix. Held from April 21 to 26, the fair utilized the newly completed Capital International Convention and Exhibition Center (Phase II) and China International Exhibition Center (Phase I), boasting a total exhibition area of 310,000 square meters. This scale not only highlighted its status as a key platform for global industry exchange but also attracted over 2,400 enterprises from 30 countries and regions, with an expected 200,000 professional visitors, marking a new high in both participation and audience size.

To uphold our manufacturing standards, we have invested heavily in advanced equipment, owning over 60 sets of high-performance processing devices. These include five-sided gantry milling machines, which enable efficient multi-face machining with a single workpiece clamping to reduce errors; gantry grinders that deliver ultra-precise grinding for large, heavy workpieces; Swiss cylindrical grinders for refining cylindrical parts to micron-level accuracy; and Japanese Okamoto face disk grinders for achieving flawless flat surfaces on components. This robust equipment lineup supports an annual production capacity of over 800 units, covering Cnc Vertical Lathes, vertical 5-axis turn-mill composites, and custom automation tools tailored to client needs.
Quality control is a cornerstone of our operations, backed by a suite of high-precision inspection instruments. German Zeiss coordinate measuring machines ensure that complex part dimensions meet strict tolerances; roundness testers verify the rotational accuracy of rotating components; dynamic balancing machines calibrate high-speed parts to minimize vibration and extend service life; and laser interferometers check the positioning and repeatability accuracy of our machine tools. Together, these tools guarantee the reliability and consistency of our core components.
